attn: new announcement

we would like to re-open the other "category forum's" for public view's;
hence are the following;
~hobbies and entertainment corner
~off topics corner

except for the ~computer related stuff category~ so viewer will not have any access to view the members down-loadable files.

this is just for temporary any negative outcome for this will revise the forum back as it was.
